Slice potatoes
into 1/8” slices (use a mandolin slicer if you have one)
Coat 2 baking
sheets with cooking spray
Line the potato
slices on the baking sheets
Whisk together
peanut oil and Sriracha in a small bowl (you might have to stir for a
while to fully incorporate)
Brush potato
slices with Sriracha/oil mixture and sprinkle with salt
Bake for 10-20
minutes (depending on how thick your potatoes slices turned out, but
check on them after 10 minutes and then quite often after that to
prevent burning)
